About Shivam Desai

Shivam Desai is a Doctoral Therapy Extern who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adolescents, adults, and older adults. His clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing attention difficulties, autism, PTSD, severe mental illness, depression, and anxiety. He has prior experience providing both individual and family therapy at a non-profit organization, as well as conducting neuropsychological assessments in private practice.

Shivam utilizes an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors affect their well-being.

In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, playing pickleball or disc golf, and enjoying board games with friends.
