When working with children, Abigail leans into developmentally-appropriate play therapy approaches in order to facilitate growth. Abigail’s main areas of focus when working with children include Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Adlerian play therapy, and art and sandtray techniques.
In her spare time, Abigail enjoys running, spending time with family, playing board games, and trying new local coffee shops.
